Project: KWKLY Technologies

The purpose of KWKLY is perfectly simple; drinks, snacks, and essential groceries delivered super quick. In an ironic twist of fate, the app needed to be created quite quickly, as competitors with similar visions were beginning to pick up momentum. In order become and stay relevant, KWKLY needed to be available ASAP. Having gained a sliver or so of notoriety from DLVR-e, we were contacted to create the KWKLY app. Taking what I learned from DLVR-e, I managed to create a full MVP app within 6 months even releasing it for both Android and iOS within this time.

KWKLY sports some features that the other big grocery delivery players, at this time anyway, lack. A few of these features are: a big focus on local products, with in-app flags calling users to action; age-restricted items that are properly and dynamically age-gated; top-down product creation; AI-assisted search; AI-assisted product ordering/suggestions. Not a bad list! The AI-assisted resources were especially interesting to build, it's something I've never attempted before, but was well worth learning. With the rise of integrating AI into services, I wanted to make sure KWKLY would be able to ride that wave.

The future technical plans for KWKLY are some of the most exciting plans I've ever planned. Unfortunately, since they haven't been attempted yet by any other grocery delivery players, they're not plans I plan on laying out here. They're super cool though! ("plan" count: 5)
